After 9 years I can openly say I’ve helped hundreds or thousands of folks in person and online achieve optimal health and lose excess weight.

My individually tailored metabolic health & fitness coaching programs are designed to perfection for achieving optimal health and your ideal body composition.

I’m a former Olympic Athlete, Nutritionist, Metabolic Health & Fitness Coach, internationally recognized Blogger and published Author.

I transformed my health in 2016 after suffering a stroke from being 60lbs overweight, sick, depressed, and stuck on 10 medications.

Studying Nutrition

The stroke scared the living daylights out of me. Instead of being stuck on statins and at the mercy of frequent hospital visits getting more tests and medications, I decided to take the matter into my own hands and find the root of my problem.

I searched the internet and decided to study nutrition – -specifically the keto-carnivore diet in great detail with a highly recognized health & nutrition institute in Los Angeles, USA – The PRIMAL HEALTH COACH INSTITUTION.

The changes in my body, mind, positivity, and happiness were almost imminent and have been dramatically positive ever since.

I lost all my excess weight in 2 months, built lean muscles, and ditched the depression, and all illnesses, along with the 10 meds. To my surprise, I also regained full mental clarity, focus, motivation, and positivity!

I also stopped drinking alcohol except for the occasional glass of red wine with dinner.

Yes, red wine is permitted in the keto-carnivore diet as it’s low-carb and low-sugar, yet contains powerful antioxidants – Resveratrol – that clean the bloodstream from free radicals that we can ingest with poor food and polluted air.

Resveratrol. Resveratrol is one of red wine’s many antioxidants, which has an extensive number of health benefits.

It’s recognized for preventing damage to blood vessels, reducing “bad” LDL cholesterol while raising “good” HDL cholesterol, boosting brain health, and fighting inflammation from toxins and allergens.

So, there you have the truth and facts about red wine. Not does it only contain multiple antioxidants cleaning your bloodstream, but it also helps raise your “good” HDL Cholesterol while lowering your “bad” LDL Cholesterol.

Further Education & Experience

During 2017 and 2019, I traveled to Bali, Indonesia, where I continued experimenting with food and exercise and created my unique movement routines.

Using my methods, I have personally coached over 500 clients to lose weight, gain lean muscle, and rebuild confidence and a positive mindset.

During this time, I also studied and completed my MBA (Master of Business Administration) from The University of Cumbria, UK.

Final Thoughts

I have multiple years of experience as a professional athlete, and how to train or hurt the body.

My life journey and accident also gave me the knowledge of how to handle injury recovery and I support my clients with that problem too if they suffer from it.

I studied an intense “nutrition and healthy lifestyle course,” which made me highly qualified in the field, and taught me amazing things I never knew about food, and drinks and how they affect our bodies and mind.

My passion is health, nutrition, wellness, fitness, and, above all, today, writing. I have been writing professionally about my passions since 2019.

I dismantle the food industry for what it is, making people unhealthy and overweight. I present the no-nonsense truth about health, food, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness.

Working out, losing weight, and becoming fit is something everyone can do. So, I show how easy it is with my simplistic yet highly efficient and effective nutritional plans and workout methods.
