Mastering the headstand (ṣīrṣāsana) is as much about cultivating balance, strength, and body awareness as it is about perseverance and patience. You don’t need fancy equipment or a gym membership—just a clear plan, consistent practice, and mindful progression.

Move your body naturally

That’s the beauty of all bodyweight or calisthenics movements – no gym is ever needed, and that’s key. Once you learn how to use your body as your gym, you’ll feel empowered and amazed at what you’re able to achieve by just utilizing your body, without weights for resistance. Why? 

The answer is simple: It’s the natural way for humans to move, whereas working out by banging weights and machines around in a gym is completely unnatural, and over time, destructive to the body.

Sadly, gym fanatics either do not understand or do not want to know this alarming fact. Instead, they live in denial and insist gym workouts are the only way to build and maintain a fit body. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. 

Just like the keto-carnivore diet is the natural and proper diet for humans, not the so-called “whole balanced diet,” which is 80% carbs, sugar, and processed junk, with little protein.

The die-hard gym extremists keep insisting that carbs are vital for muscle growth, power, and survival. Not true. Carbs are completely unessential; in fact, they are largely toxic, cause weight gain, a weak immune system, and multiple other potential ailments.

Fat burning, on the other hand, by eating mostly meat, fish, seafood, and eggs, boosts your immune system, keeps you healthy, and will turn you into a “lean fat-burning muscle machine!“
