The worst part? Most people don’t understand the harm they cause themselves by slugging away daily while thinking they’re doing themselves a big favor, when in fact, they are mostly slowly but surely developing heart disease, which will strike at any time in life.
Gyms are smelly and full of bacteria. They are mostly noisy and hot, sometimes full of obnoxious and rude people. Is that a pleasant environment to expose your mind to daily? You’re far better off saying to hell with the gym and instead signing up for a free “subscription” with nature, spending as much time there as you can daily.
After just 1 week, you will notice a considerable improvement in your physical and mental health. Not only that, you will look and feel far better and be a much happier person.
Ditch the gym; instead, expose yourself to nature, sunshine, fresh air, and get healthy, strong, positive, and fit in body and mind naturally.
