What is a Health Practice?

A) It’s not a doctor’s office or a beauty clinic selling fake weight loss treatments.

B) It’s also not a gym, because working out does not help you lose weight, or become metabolically healthy, inside and outside.

–> We focus on building heart and cardiovascular health, and the reduction of internal inflammation, which boosts your organ strength and rebuilds your immune system <– 

That is primarily achieved by consuming real food while avoiding all processed grains, and carbohydrate, sugar-laden junk foods.

The misleading and ill-informed ways of the fitness industry and personal trainers regarding health!

A gym trainer once told me (a certified nutritionist) that there are “no bad foods”

That statement almost floored me, as it was such an unexpected thing to hear from a so-called “personal trainer.” Why would he even talk about food when he clearly has never studied it?

But then again, ironically as those folks are not trained in nutrition, as medical doctors are not either, they tend to blurb out unsolicited nutrition advice to you and me, when they are in no position to do so…UNLESS, they are trained in real food and nutrition of the modern world.

Some Medical Doctors today are. I have thus listed a few of the most knowledgeable ones below for you to look up and study.

Personal trainers only learn how to push you hard in the gym, which gives you the illusion that you are doing something good for your body and health.

Sadly, the opposite is the case. Hard daily workouts release excessive amounts of cortisol (our stress hormone), which, over time, causes heart disease, followed by a very real risk of heart attack or stroke.

Final Thoughts

Please don’t fall for the overhyped calls that you must hit the gym hard daily to lose weight, get fit, and be healthy. Those are sadly bad and wrong calls by fitness fanatics with no knowledge about how the human body, as well as influencers and former body-building movie stars!

Just the the other day I watched 2 videos on a social media platform. One was with Arnold Schwarzenegger calling for us all to work hard daily and give it our all when we are at it, finishing his rant by saying:

“No Pain, No Gain!”

That mantra hasn’t served his health well, considering he’s had to undergo 3 open heart surgeries due to overstressing his heart and causing heart disease. Yep, those heart conditions of such “athletes” are no coincidence.

The other video was Silvester Stallone coming out of his luxury Beverly Hills Villa after the Holidays looking rather tired and rough, telling us that he’s now hitting the gym for the first time since his Holiday Feast to “burn off the excess calories” he put on.

In addition, he then said:

“I feel sorry for myself as it’s tough to go to the gym, because when I do, I go all in and push myself super hard, which hurts! But when I’m done, I love it!”

Yeah, that’s Euphoria, Dopamine, and Endorphine talking! Poor old Stallone probably hasn’t even heard of cortisol, our vital, but also dangerous stress hormone that can kill us if we abuse it!
