You may think this is a benign issue that everyone has, but believe me, in my case, it was not.

Wherever I went, I inadvertently caused a stink!

I’m sure you’ve seen the Austin Powers movie — “International Man of Mystery.”

One of the many funny lines that everyone loves is where the brilliant Mike Myers farts and says in a Scottish accent:

“Everyone loves their own brand!”

That was me through and through.

Every time I farted, I thought it was hilarious as everyone else joked and moved away from me, saying:

“What’s wrong with you? How can you make such a smell!?”

I just laughed and let it pass — it was natural, normal, so what could I do?

Have you been traveling on a plane or bus where you can’t escape? It’s common and happens all the time.

People can do some god-awful things in confined spaces and then pretend nothing happened.

There you are, enjoying your “lovely” airplane meal on a long-haul flight when suddenly, the awful rotting smell of someone’s fart floats up your nostrils.

You look around in disgust, trying to see who dropped the bomb. But of course, everyone was either sleeping, reading, or watching a movie and wondering the same thing — it was nobody!

It is the worst and most disgusting. But what can you do? You can’t go far or get up every 10 minutes to run to the bathroom to fart. People would think you’re up to no good.

So there you go — farting up a stink became normal and something you simply have to deal with in public life.

I was one of the worst culprits back in the day. I did it everywhere I went — I couldn’t help. It wasn’t like I was trying to piss people off or cause a stink — I had to let it out.

One day when I was about 17, I was sitting in the center court at Wimbledon watching Boris Becker play someone else.

So there I was, amongst some of the wealthiest chums on the planet, and I dropped a stink bomb.

I thought to myself — we are outdoors, so it’s not a big deal — they won’t even notice.

However, it wasn’t quite so. My brother, who was with me, sitting next to me, gasped for air and shouted out loud:

“Robbie (my old nickname), how could you do that? That’s disgusting!”

I did this in planes, trains, and automobiles — everywhere!

Since I’m on the Carnivore Diet I don’t fart and burp anymore, and that’s now 8 years! 

One of the wonderful benefits of the keto-carnivore diet I rarely mention is this one — no more gas, no more smells, and public embarrassment.

More importantly – what’s the reason this change happened to my gut health that was causing the smells?

I stopped eating carbs and fiber — instead, I eat meat, fish, seafood, eggs, and a few more little delights I mix into my diet, such as cheese, whipping cream, yogurt, berries, some sweet potatoes, dark chocolate, coffee, and red wine on my tailored and more accessible carnivore diet! 

Yet, for some strange reason, after doing this for over 8 years, feeling and looking great, with no more farts, wiseguys with PhDs still tell me I’m ruining my health by not eating what they wrongfully call essential nutrients – carbs and fiber!

“Essential” means your body needs these nutrients, which translates to you dying if you don’t eat them. So, why am I not dead, but instead, healthier and happier than ever before?

The answer is simple and now proven by new science: Humans do not require carbs and fiber. In fact, the opposite is true – carbs (made from hard-to-digest grains) and fiber contain anti-nutrients that make people fat, sick, diabetic, obese, and gift you with high blood pressure!

By ditching the carbs and fiber,8 years ago, and turning keto-carnivore I lost all my excess fat, and internal water retention (swelling of the organs and gut) and became a strong, healthy, med-free, and happy person!

I think I settled the carbs and fiber debate.

Final Thoughts

Why do people fight the facts and reality and insist carbs and fiber are “vital nutrients?”

Sadly, the system has brainwashed them into believing this scam is true.

Plus, they’re addicted to the short-term comfort carbs and vegetables provide — a sugar rush and the false belief that eating the rainbow is great for their health.

Wise up, folks. Try the carnivore diet for a few months, and you will soon see the undeniable benefits in your body, face, and mind.
