Here’s Why Consuming Supplements Is Bad For Your Health & Drains Your Wallet – Watch Your Waist and Wealth!

There's a massive misconception about the usefulness of supplements in our lives - we don't need them yet folks crave and buy them like crazy!

Do we need supplements or not? 

The short and simple answer is no! 

The “food supplement” industry is not a food industry and they do not have your health in mind. 

The supplement industry is a huge marketing machine, churning out mostly unhealthy, unnatural products, laced with sugars, flavoring chemicals, and more. 

The Supplement “Belief System Problem!” 

Many folks fall victim to the supplement industry because they are looking for a “quick fix.” 

They will do anything to try to lose weight – the faster the better, and at any cost. 

Regardless of what it may be doing to their insides, which is something they don’t understand or even care about.

And that, folks, is why I am completely anti-supplements and the supplement industry. 

They produce fake food and rope you into believing it’s good for you while charging you a fortune. Simultaneously they are pumping your system full of anti-nutrients that contain chemicals and sugar!

Important Note: Both are not just bad for you – they are disastrous to your health!

Instead of helping you lose weight and become healthy, they are slowly making you sick, overweight, and poisoning you.

What to do instead? Eat real food: Meat, seafood, fish, eggs, and animal fats!
