Train Your Body and Get Healthy By Spending More Time in Nature, Not Only in The Gym

"They only walk, and we exercise in the gym daily and are in great shape!"

I read the above comment on Facebook the other day. It made me laugh and angered me at the same time.

These gym fanatics-  both men and women. However, it’s primarily women talking the gym trash while showing off their asses and legs, begging for attention, likes, and heart emojis from as many men as possible.

While you can strength train well in gyms – if you know what you’re doing, which most people don’t, that’s fine.

Helping a non-certified gym trainer, making her videos in a gym

I recently dropped into a gym to help one of these fake female fitness trainers with zero education or certification on the subject make videos and photos for her to promote her services.

In other words, although I see gym time as useless for most people, I went along to help my dear friend.

She used to be chubby, and now she has fit, slim legs, and a bubble butt ass, all of which are pretty hard but not lean. Despite having a sexy ass and nice slim long legs, she still carries plenty of fat under her skin, meaning she is not lean.

And why do you think that is?

The answer is simple: She eats tons of carbs, like rice, noodles, bread, and even sugar. Next, she supplements her diet with one of the worst protein powders worldwide made by Herbalife. This “protein powder” is made from soybeans which are 50% carbs to begin with.

So let’s do that simple math: Your 1 liter of protein powder drink in the morning provides protein, including 50% sugar!

Drinking and becoming dependent on this stuff, which is common, as it’s addictive like anything with sugar added, you will never reach your optimal body goals, let alone be healthy on the inside.

The only way you will eventually lose some weight and build muscle is if your starting point wasn’t catastrophic, which this female trainer wasn’t, and you spend 7 days a week working out 2 hours each time in the gym.

This gym coach was only 10kg overweight before she became a gym rat. That’s an easy starting point to lose weight if you reduce your caloric intake and burn more calories than you eat.

Meaning: You’re always in a caloric deficient state.

That is, in reality, the key to weight loss – being caloric deficient, which is healthy, as long as you consume plenty of protein via animal meats, animal products, fats, and eggs, not supplement powders made from soybeans!

The catastrophic starting point and wasting people’s time and money in the gym while lying to them

Now this is where I started to get pissed off when I saw her 2 female clients she was training daily for 1 hour.

These 2 poor middle-aged women were both at least 30 to 40kg overweight, clearly ate terrible food, and had never exercised in their lives.

I watched how she was training her and doing everything wrong, making it hard for these women and demotivating too.

She had them pulling and pushing heavy tires and other objects, which wrecked them physically and mentally, and they are NOT losing any weight or looking and feeling better.

Does the fake gym trainer who doesn’t know how to train seriously overweight people even care? No, she doesn’t know how to teach these people.

Please watch my YouTube Video where I explain the problems with gyms and the benefits of walking and swimming:

Lesson and advice for people suffering from severe weight issues

Lesson No 1: Change your diet, stop eating junk food, carbs, and sugar, and start eating animal protein!

Lesson No 2: Start walking 10000 to 15000 steps daily – that’s incredible fat-burning cardio and builds a super strong heart.

Lesson No 3: Take up swimming as your primary exercise for strength training and sprinting, besides walking.

Lesson No 4: slowly start doing classic push-ups, planks, squats, and lunges to build lean muscle mass.

If you follow those 4 practical and truthful tips for 2 months, you will see your weight drop off as you would never imagine.

Please read my related story about food, and what is healthy and not:

Final Thoughts

Go to the gym if you enjoy it, by all means. But please do yourself a favor. Keep your sessions short and sweet. Limit them to 45 minutes each, and work out your whole body and all muscle groups fast and efficiently.

That way, you don’t spend half your life in the gym and are not harming your heart with excessive cortisol release pumped into your heart that causes heart disease and can lead to premature death.

Last but not least, spend far more time in nature, walking and working out in the sun, and see how much better you feel then. It’s fun, even if you’re alone.

You don’t need to be stuck and stared at in dark, smelly gyms where most people do “self-admire” and post selfies of themselves flexing their muscles instead of working out.

No thanks. That’s just stupid, and I can’t stand seeing it, so I avoid gyms like the plague!

I wish you the best.
