So…what are health habits all about? Are they a myth, real and do they make a big difference in life? If you read my real-life story and how I changed myself from an unhealthy mess to a health lover – you will know the answer.
The best thing?
I didn’t ever and don’t go to extremes with anything I’m mentioning in this story. Balance, information, know-how, and determination are all you need and the secret to success.
Breaking free seems daunting.
But with the right guidance and determination, you can replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones.
Start off by learning which foods heal and which harm.
Please review my YouTube where I explain all in simple logic:
1. Some foods are medicine, others are poison.
Remember that.
Harmful foods:
• Highly Processed Food
• Sugar
• Grains and everything made from them
• Seed Oils
Healthy & Healing Foods:
• Real Unprocessed Food
• Meat, fish, seafood, eggs, all animal products (cheese, cream, butter, yogurt, kefir)
• Coconut oil for cooking and drinking 1 tbsp per day
• Limit fruit to berries
• Nuts, seeds, and herbs
2. Exercise doesn’t have to be intimidating.
Low to moderate-intensity exercises like
• Walking
• Swimming
• Bodyweight Exercises
are super effective, simple, and sustainable.
You just must make up your mind and go for it. Like Nike says: “Just Do It.”
All it takes to start is your commitment to walking, swimming, and some strength training, plus spending time doing these 3 action items in nature. Then you will slip into your best health habits.
3. Prioritize Wellness
Taking care of oneself is a highly underrated and not much talked about subject.
At least 80% of the world’s population suffers from
• Stress
• Burnout
• Or other mental health issues
Recognize wellness and self-care as a “high priority for your mental and physical health.”
Start with meditation, mindfulness, and deep breathing techniques.
If you practice them daily for 10 days “you won’t want to miss them.”
And another “healthy habit” is formed for life.

As you can see, regaining your health, fitness, and wellness isn’t as complicated as you may have heard.
