Chapter 12 — Help Others Do Better in Life & Share Your Knowledge

Life lessons and knowledge about how to escape the depression jail and the ability to create a new healthy, prosperous, and happy life are of immense value and should never be underestimated.

Everything happens for a reason — good or bad. It occurs to help you learn and become a better, more productive, and caring person.

Sharing is caring. The more I learn about life, whether positive or negative, the better.

Every situation is a new lesson and provides opportunities to process them rationally, turning them into new opportunities.

My passion and life-calling are to help others regain control of their health, live a much better life, and find peace.

I started on my new life journey 8 years ago. I was in the gutter, down and out. But I did not give up and never will, even if setbacks happen again.

Life is life — it’s a never-ending rollercoaster of emotions. It’s unavoidable.

I am grateful to have learned thousands of incredible life lessons. Many were painful and plenty joyous.

I am here to help and ensure you know you are great and can achieve everything you wish for.

As you have read in this book, I, too, still suffer from time to time. Nobody is immune to difficulties.

Sharing my experiences and lessons helps me do better every day. Make sure you do the same.

Chapter 13 — Time To Rise

I dedicate this closing chapter to Cambodia and its people’s terrible suffering in the past with the Khmer Rouge.

Currently, I am residing in Cambodia. I have learned a tremendous amount about the country and its people.

I have lived in many countries and have seen a lot. But, I have not seen people as kind, friendly, resilient, and open-minded despite what happened here.

Please remember the Khmer Rouge slashed the country in half, literally. The population went from 7 million to 3.5 million in the 1980s and 90s as the regime mercilessly killed everyone with an education above 12th grade to control people and turn them into equal subjects dressed in black, with no personal value.

Cambodia has come a long way in 30 years. The population is now at 17 million, and the country is booming. Happy people with smiling faces are everywhere. Ex-pats love living in Cambodia as the Khmers are welcoming and giving.

Modern music and artists are thriving here too. I chose the chapter’s name from an incredible Cambodian artist called VANNDA. His most famous song is called “Time to Rise,” in which he references how the Cambodian people have and will fight back and continue rising up!

This song greatly inspired me because of what Cambodia went through and how far they’ve now come, and it reminds me of my early rise, in life, my dramatic fall, and my revival and transformation over the past 8 years. I have risen too and intend to keep on improving and rising to the next level! 

This genius is only in his early 30s, but he understands Cambodia’s importance and the world better than most wise men.

And, finally, let’s all rise together, be strong, and take control of our lives and happiness.

Your life and happiness are up to you and 100% in your hands and control if you focus on yourself!
