This Simple 3-Step Health-Food Guide Will Help You Lose Fat, Boost Your Heart, Mental Health, and Deliver You a Great Life

How can I stay committed to a stressful “weight loss diet" is the most common question I hear and get asked!

At first, this question puzzled me for 2 reasons:

1 – If you are suffering from being significantly overweight, you should want to lose it and do all you can to achieve that goal and make it your top priority, no matter what.

2 – Losing weight is not that hard to achieve if you follow certain rules, learn to understand the effects of all kinds of foods on the body and mind, and then simply do it!

But of course, there’s one big reason, which is always the same one, resulting in why people have such doubt in their minds and little to no confidence in themselves being able to lose weight. 

The weight loss and fitness industry overcomplicates it purposely to sow confusion and sell more subscriptions and products to you that don’t work. In other words, for them, it’s all about money and not about your health! 

This article’s main question and purpose are to explain how simple it is to stay 100% COMMITTED!

I’ve kept this short to make it as simple and easy for you to understand.

The Real, Simple, and Effective Way to Lose Weight – Fast!

1 — You should not focus on “weight loss” but on repairing your inner health, known as metabolic health.

Weight loss followed by muscle gain comes automatically once you fix your inside.

“Weight loss diets” as such do not exist.

The only real “ diets“ that work for optimal health and to reach your ideal body composition are where you simply consume the right food and drink and completely avoid sugar and all forms of junk food! 

Simply put: You eat real natural food. And that, dear readers, comes primarily from animals — not plants.

Plant food cannot ever provide the vital nutrients – PROTEIN – your body needs TO THRIVE. “They” say it does, but the truth is, it doesn’t! 

The opposite is the case:

Believe it or not, too many vegetables and plant-based foods are toxic for the human body — they can make you sick, gain weight, and become mentally clouded. 

I went through it all: Several surgeries on my gut because of celiac disease (leaky gut), heavy depression, being overweight, and dark thoughts of ending my life.

That was 8 years ago. Then, luckily I woke up, figured out the “big food and pharma industry” scams, and completely changed my life.

I went through hell and back with my health problems and was close to the end a handful of times.

2 — Your lifestyle and diet choices are in your hands  – They can either “make or break” you

The word “diet” is completely misrepresented, again, to purposely mislead you.

We are all on a diet – good or bad.

The definition of diet:

“The sum of food consumed by a person or other organism.” www.wikipedia.ccom

All that’s required is to change your current diet to one that is healthy for your body and mind to thrive on.

There are a few several to choose from:

• Paleo

• Keto

• Carnivore

• Low-carb, high-protein

3 — How to stay committed?

Some find staying committed is the hardest part, when in fact, it’s easy if you follow my guidelines.

  • Look at your body and face in the mirror — happy or not?
  • If you’re not happy with what you see, then you must take action and change
  • How do you feel? Poolry, sluggish and tired? If so, you can change that by eating real food
  • Promise yourself to cut all sugar, carbs, junk, and fast food
  • Ditch all packaged foods and only eat fresh real food that is not packaged
  • Then, look in the mirror and gauge how much better you look and feel after only 1 week

YOU are your motivation, YOUR inspiration, to remain COMMITTED! 

Memorize your new mantra:

“I want to regain my mental and metabolic health and live a long, healthy, disease-free, and happy life.”
