Millions of People Suffer From Chronic Mental Health Issues Because of The Terrible State of Their Physical Health

It’s scary how many are angry, sad, stressed, upset, anxious, and frustrated with life. It doesn’t need to be that way if you change your food and lifestyle!

I know it all too well myself — I was there. I spent 3 years in deep depression. I was always angry and stressed. So, I know how it feels and have immense empathy for those who still suffer from ill metabolic and mental health

Once you realize you’re in the gutter, all you think you can do is take pills and see therapists in the hope of fixing it and getting better.

I tried it all — anti-depressants, mood boosters, muscle relaxants, and sleeping pills – in the end, nothing worked!!!

  • My sleeping pattern was a mess because of my constant stress. 
  • My weekly refills came faster and faster.
  • I kept asking my doctor to increase the dosage, which he happily did.
  • It got to the point where I couldn’t leave my house without a good stash of Zanax in my pocket to see me through the day.
  • The 3 weekly therapy sessions only made me feel worse about myself — more lost than relieved.

You get the message — the medications and treatments didn’t help. On the contrary, they made me feel more desperate, useless, and hopeless.

Then it dawned on me — the terrible state of my metabolic health

I was overweight, frequently sick, and had constant headaches. I let this go on for about 5 years without realizing I was making myself both metabolically and mentally ill.

At one point in 2015, I was on 10 or more prescription meds. But none of the meds solved my problems, and they certainly weren’t making me healthier or happier.

I tried several “weight loss” supplement packages — you know, the ones you see daily on TV. Did any of them help me lose weight and feel better?

The answer is a big fat NO!

All of those companies, products, and supplements are nothing but money-making scams.

They charge you a hefty monthly subscription fee to buy their “health-aiding” powders, pills, and bars, which they send weekly. Then try to make you sell more of the same junk food to your friends and family.

They call it Network Marketing!

It’s commonly known: 

“Network marketing is an industry that has produced millionaires, but very rarely do people get rich in this business.”

Another more realistic description is “pyramid selling,” or as I like to call it, a “pyramid scheme.”

Meaning:

“A pyramid scheme is a fraudulent and unsustainable investment pitch that relies on promising unrealistic returns from imaginary investments.”

All the “health and supplement” companies do the same.

They sell you a fake dream of losing weight and getting healthy, and they promise that if you put in some time, they’ll make you rich!

Of course, it’s all a setup and fake. None of it works.

The only thing that works for your mental health is if you change your diet, movement plan, and mindset!

I got lucky. Out of the blue, I stumbled upon the keto diet and an excellent nutrition and life-changing, health and wellness course.

It sounded too interesting to miss. That means a lot to me, as I stopped studying a long time ago because I had enough of it.

However, I immediately signed up for the course, which they said would take me 6 to 8 months to complete. Yet, I finished it in a record 3, as I couldn’t stop studying day and night.

Week by week, and within 2 months I completely lost all my excess weight and belly fat. Within 3 months, I rebuilt my strength and physique to be better than in my teens when I was an Olympic skier.

The best thing ever happened to me one day when I was walking the streets of New York:

My jeans kept slipping off my waist — I couldn’t tighten my belt anymore to hold them up.

Suddenly, all of my shirts were too big too – I had to have my entire wardrobe taken in.

I went from pant size 34 to 28, and I felt great.

That’s when the most astonishing part of my transformation set in:

  • I stopped being angry and pessimistic and didn’t feel depressed anymore.
  • My mindset and thinking changed from negative to positive.
  • I saw a bright future for myself instead of the bleak dead-end I was stuck in up until 3 months before.
  • I was full of energy and felt a huge lust for life flow back into my brain.

Next came my attack on the meds!

I let each bottle run out one by one and didn’t pay the doctor or the pharmacy another visit.

Around 4 months after I started my new life and journey back to health, I was 100% med-free, and I remain so until today, over 8years later.

I found a natural way to fix my health from within, heal my terrible metabolic condition, and save my mind too.

That is the key:  our minds and bodies are fully interconnected. If one is in poor shape, so will the other. The same applies to good health. A healthy body makes for a happy and clear mind.

Food Addiction: Carbs, Fiber, and Sugar Are Hard To Ditch – Once You Do, You’ll Never Go Back!

Human Beings and The Proper Diet! 

Final Thoughts

My story may sound too good to be true.

But, I promise you that’s what happened and how I fixed both my metabolic and mental health simultaneously, without knowing at the time that your bodily health dramatically affects the state of your mind.

Good metabolic health means good mental health— that’s what life boils down to!

The rules are simple and easy to follow:

  • Lose weight naturally by eating real food
  • Exercise regularly, but not too much or hard
  • Spend plenty of time walking in nature in the sunshine
