Your Diet Controls Your Weight, Not Your Exercise — Workout Right, To Be Fit, Not to Lose Weight

Eating less and moving more doesn’t work and is a myth. Eat right and exercise correctly — your body will find its natural weight and health.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, they say. It’s not accurate or good health advice.

It’s actually a marketing slogan to sell cereal widely attached to cereal genius John Kellogg in 1917. Mashed.com

However, it sure was a brilliant slogan to come up with, which most people follow because they wrongfully believe it’s true. Worse, it’s become a saying you hear and read all the time.

Cereals are among the most unhealthy highly-processed foods loaded with carbs (sugar) and added sugar that makes you fat and sick.

Whether you like it or not, that’s the bitter truth.

Then comes the milk with the cereal. Most folks again incorrectly think low-fat milk is the healthiest option when in fact it’s not.

The lower the fat content in milk, the higher the carb/sugar content.

Then you drown your cereal in high-carb, sugar-laden milk and have a sludgy mix of processed grains and sugar for breakfast.

Do you still think this breakfast is healthy and the most important meal of the day? It’s nothing more than a sugar bomb that will briefly satiate and give you a short-lasting sugar spike.

Eating right reverses metabolic syndrome

Thankfully, cereal isn’t the only breakfast food available to us. Believe it or not, eggs and meat are the most nutritious and healthy food to start your day.

The good old greasy bacon and eggs or steak and eggs are the top choices for a heart-healthy breakfast or your first meal of the day.

The mainstream touts this food as unhealthy because of the grease (fat) and meat, while the opposite is true.

Your body is designed to digest animal meats, eggs, and saturated fat for energy. Not carbohydrates (sugar), sugar, or fiber.

You read that right — saturated fats are healthy, not unhealthy, as the popular mainstream has you believing.

It’s not only me saying this. Thousands of medical doctors and some nutritionists, like myself, have come around to understanding this truth.

World-renowned doctors now advise patients to transition to the keto-carnivore diet instead of senselessly prescribing meds that only momentarily cover the root issue but don’t solve the problem.

I name and quote some here and provide their Twitter handles for you to look up

“If you want your health back, you need to ignore what your read, watch and hear on mainstream outlets. They only want your attention. The longer they have you hooked, the more they can profit from you. You need to learn from people who live by example and can show for it.” Ellie Jarrouge MD

“Exercise is helpful, and exercise has benefits, but ultimately exercise alone won’t overcome a bad diet.” Dr. Philip Ovadia (Heart Surgeon)

“The bottom line is that whole food, like meat, is full of nutrition. The overall effect is to improve health while providing outstanding, highly bioavailable nutrition and should be consumed in greater amounts, not less.” Dr. Shawn Baker

“Taking control of our nutrition is the single most powerful effect on our health that most of us will ever have.” Robert Lufkin MD

Exercise less, but right is more and the new way!

If done right, exercise is excellent for your mind, heart, and cardiovascular system.

Unfortunately, 95% do it wrong by overtraining and pushing too hard in the gym. This exercise pattern can cause heart disease because of the excessive amount of cortisol pumped into your heart.

You will get fitter by working out or simply walking if you don’t overdo it. However, you cannot “out exercise” a poor diet.

Most people don’t realize that exercise does next to nothing for weight loss or to fix metabolic syndrome.

The definition of Metabolic Syndrom:

Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of conditions that occur together, increasing your risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. These conditions include increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels. The Mayo Clinic

The healthiest and most efficient exercise methods

  • Walk 10000 to 15000 steps a day
  • Strength train using your body weight 2 to 3 times a week
  • Sprint 1 to 2 times a week
  • Practice mobility stretching and some yoga

Here Is My Secret To Why I Don’t Have To Work Out Much To Maintain a Lean and Fit

Sprinting may sound extreme or out of reach for some, but it really isn’t. You don’t have to track sprint like “The Bolt.”

Instead, practice the all-around healthiest sprinting method — pool sprints.

You can read more about how I swim sprint in my story — Let’s Sprint Like Michael Phelps.

Final Thoughts

You lose excess fat and get healthy in the kitchen. The notion that you can outrun or out-train an inadequate diet is wrong.

To lose excess body fat, build an excellent cardiovascular system and heart health, and fully regain your metabolic health, your primary focus must be on your nutrition.

You are what you eat, folks, and that’s true!
