Why Your Kitchen is the Real Secret to True Health and Fitness

“Go to the gym and workout to get fit and strong,” is the daily mantra you’re hearing from fitness “gurus.”

If you want “real” sustainable health, fitness, and longevity, then spend time in your kitchen making proper food and go into nature to exercise and focus your mind.

Here’s the best order to approach health and a long life:

1. Long-term physical and mental health are created in the kitchen, with the food you cook and eat.

2. Next, comes a silent dedicated space where you can work on your mind by meditating daily.

3. Then we go to the movement or exercise part of the equation.

The absolute best way to workout is in nature using your body as your gym with basic calisthenics, and lots of walking and swimming.

—> Those are grounded, healthy, and natural movement methods.

—> Pumping the free weights and machines in a gym is not.

Sure, the gym is good from time to time for certain exercises such as pull-ups, deadlifts, curls, and… socializing.

I practice those 3 exercises in a gym twice a month.

Everything else I do outside in nature.

Walking and swimming aren’t to be considered a workout. Instead, look at them as your new heart-healthy hobbies and habits, which are fun and clear your mind.

If you follow my time-tested methods you’ll save time, become healthy and strong – inside and out, lead a longer life, and be a happier person.
