The Modern Health Coach – The Vital Differences in Knowledge, Education, and Actions You Will Experience Versus Fitness Trainers

Personal Trainers are not holistic coaches - they focus only on training you as often as they can in the interest of their income!

I explain everything in detail in my attached YouTube video – please watch it fully. You will then understand the vast difference between a modern health coach and a classic “fitness trainer.”

I write this article because it’s essential for you to know why you should work with a modern holistic health coach, rather than a personal fitness trainer in a gym!

Understanding the “why” may very likely save your life, make it far more enjoyable, and above all, longer!

The essential differences between “modern health coaches” and fitness trainers:

The Fitness Trainer: What they do and what their aim is:

  • Sell you as many personal gym training sessions as possible to maximize their income
  • They do not know how they may be harming your heart health, joints, and muscles by overtraining you when you are already in poor health condition
  • No education or knowledge about what food and drink do to the body, for better or worse. They simply recommend the “whole balanced diet” -in other words, eat anything you like, but just in “moderation!”
  • No education or knowledge about the importance of wellness practices and implementing healthy lifestyle habits

The Modern Health Coach: What they do and what their aim is:

  • Set up carefully tailored weekly/monthly meal plans for you, which consist of REAL food, mostly animal-based, high-protein and high in saturated animal fats, and completely unprocessed
  • Train you by implementing sensible methods that build heart health, cardiovascular strength, and strong non-inflamed organs, and protect your joints and muscles
  • Teach you about healthy lifestyle habits, such as the importance of sleep, sun exposure, time spent in nature, resting, having fun, playing games, wellness practices, mind-focus, meditation, mindfulness, and much more
  • Educate you about all foods and beverages and the effects they have on your body and mind. We provide this information so you are in the “full know” about nutrition, which you can then benefit from when you’ve completed your work with us and even pass on to others
  • Boost your motivation, willpower, dedication, and confidence by talking to you about all of the above, which helps you to learn that you are far more able than you may have thought before
  • Make you an all-around stronger, more powerful person, reduce stress, delivering mind clarity, focus, and optimal productivity!

Modern Health Coaches who have studied at highly organized and respected privately funded yet government-recognized health institutions are a BIG STEP AHEAD of any old-school government-registered nutritionist or dietician.

Final Thoughts 

The government agencies still today, in 2024, recommend the Standard American Diet – SAD), the Western Diet, or the “Whole Balanced Diet.”

All of those diets are absolutely abysmal for your health, well-being, immune system, and above all, LONGEVITY!

When these old-school “practitioners” recommend one of the above diets and a weekly meal plan based on them, they will always say the same thing to everyone. You can eat all of the foods and drinks I’ve advised, yet always keep things in “moderation!”

The word “moderation” should be eliminated from dictionaries and people’s brains as it means absolutely nothing to anyone.

Why? Nobody knows where the line in the sand is when it comes to being moderate or overindulging.

Therefore, eating and drinking unhealthy sugar-laden, and grain-based products, laced with seed oils in “moderation,” will still make you sick, very unhealthy.

Eventually, you will suffer an early death from stroke or heart attack, due to diabetes or obesity, which causes heart disease!

I don’t want to sound harsh or too direct here, but I want to be 100% clear and not misunderstood, because, I as a modern health coach, have your health and longevity at heart and in mind!
