“If you want to increase your lifespan, eat beans. The intake of legumes — beans, chickpeas, split peas, and lentils — may be the single most important dietary predictor of a long lifespan.” Michael Greger MD, and vegan.

That’s one big fat lie! Legumes are loaded with carbs that convert to sugar, making you fat, and fart constantly! 

In addition, they are not rich in protein, so you must eat a ton of them to meet your daily protein needs, which still is not sufficient, and why vegans must consume protein supplements! 

If you hit the link above to Dr. Greger’s Twitter account, take a good look at the photo on his banner. He looks skinny, pasty, and unhealthy. His profile photo is a also few years old.

You can easily see how his bean and plant-based diet has slowly made him brittle, weak, and look sick.

I’ve seen him in a few videos. In one, he blabbers on about flatulence and farting a lot, being totally normal and “healthy.”

Here you can watch him get smashed by Joe Rogan and Dr. Paul Saladino’s podcasts. it’s also easy to see which of these 3 men is healthy and which one is not, plus off his rocker! Take a look and have a laugh:

Being a non-stop farting machine is neither normal nor healthy, thanks to BEANS! 

If you constantly fart, like I used to, your gut is wrecked, filled with bloating and gas because it cannot digest all the grains, carbs, sugars, and fibers you’re forcing into it.

Grain-based, carb-heavy, and sugary foods, along with plenty of that fiber you’re stuffing inside you all day, will make you an unpleasant farting time bomb.

Then comes Celiac Disease — Leaky Gut, and Internal Inflammation

I had that condition for several years. It was horrifyingly painful and almost cost me my life because of a surgical procedure that went wrong.

Those yummy and so “heart-health” beans the good doctor prescribes you for longevity are loaded with lectins and phytons that drill tiny holes into your intestinal wall.

Lectins and phytons are the natural defense mechanism of grains and plants because they don’t want to be eaten either.

All grains, and around 95% of plants, are anti-nutrients containing lectins and phytons and are highly inflammatory.

That results in water retention around your organs and gut, which harms your immune system and makes you sick.

This condition is commonly known as Internal Inflammation, or systemic inflammation –  a massive danger danger to your health and lifespan!

Once that sets in, your next stage is metabolic syndrome, followed by type 2 diabetes and obesity. That then ends with heart disease, a heart attack, a stroke, or both!

Meat does not cause INFLAMMATION – Beans do! 

Prominent health organizations, clinics, and publications keep insisting that red meat, in particular, is one of the leading causes of inflammation.

They do not support their claims with factual evidence and studies on humans — no, they choose to cite observational studies, which are bogus and just say it is so.

So why would these so-called “health experts” and even “doctors” plug such false information on the masses?

They represent the plant-based community and are mainly sponsored (or rather paid) by the food and pharma industries to promote their products. 

It’s a systemic scandal and scam sanctioned by most governments worldwide!

The food & pharma industries caused the massive health crisis in the first place.

1 — The food industry makes you eat a junk-food-based diet, making you sick.

2 — The pharma industry then comes along and makes you a prescription med junkie but does not make you well.

The American Society of Nutrition conducted an authentic study on humans in 2021 to see if red meat causes inflammation or not.

Their conclusion?

“Red meat does not cause any form of inflammation in the human body.”

Final Thoughts

The food lies are everywhere all the time — you just don’t know it, and sadly, many thousands follow the foolish even “crazed-like” advice from this fanatical vegan Medical Doctor who’s clearly lost the few “beans” he had in his head! 

Government agencies, dietitians, doctors, nutritionists, and especially the food industry have lied to the world about what foods are healthy and which are not for decades.

They do not have your health in mind — they care only about money!

That’s why obesity has skyrocketed in the last 50 years, making heart attacks and strokes the leading cause of death worldwide.

These are facts, folks, not fiction or lies.
