Know The Worst Diet Advice You’ve Ever Been Told? “Carbs And Fiber Are Essential For Everyone.”

“Everyone is different and has varying nutritional needs” is not true- carbs, and fiber, are non-essential nutrients!

I’m sorry for such a direct opening line. But, it’s the truth, and I can’t emphasize it enough.

My life mission for the last 8 years has been to help people lose weight, regain their fitness, optimal body composition, and excellent metabolic and mental health.

I’m successful with what I do because it’s 100% natural, time-tested, and works with everyone, women, men, and everything in between.

However, you must commit, show willpower, and stay the course — that’s the golden key to success.

And that’s where we have the biggest problem. Ready for the next hard truth to swallow?

85% of people worldwide do not possess the required essential attributes:

Commitment — Willpower — Determination

“There’s no one size fits all diet,” or “everyone is different” is the biggest nonsense circulating the planet.

We are all 99.8% biologically identical twins, regardless of color, race, or gender.

Considering that’s the case — how can everyone’s dietary requirements be completely different?

The answer: They are not.

The truth: Everyone has different preferences that they’ve become accustomed to over time.

I appreciate and understand certain religions and ethical views don’t permit the consumption of animal products.

This article focuses on what diet works best for efficient weight loss, boosted energy levels, muscle building, and optimal metabolic health.

Food Addiction: Carbs and Fiber and Sugar! 

Food is one of the biggest addictions causing the most deaths from heart attacks and strokes today. Yet, you hear nothing about this from government authorities, on the news, or on social media.

The only folks you’ll get this unfortunate but true message from are people like me: modern nutritionists and medical doctors who’ve all come to the same conclusion.

That is:

“We’ve been misled for decades about the adverse health effects of meat and the vast benefits of a whole balanced diet containing plenty of vegetables, legumes, whole grains, low to no fat, and even a moderate amount of sugar.”

Around 80% of Americans now have metabolic syndrome, are obese, and are on their way (or there) to type 2 diabetes.

The cause of this appalling health deterioration during the past 50 years is the addiction to all forms of grains, carbohydrates, and sugar.

Carbohydrates & Fiber

People say carbs and fiber are essential nutrients when, in fact, they are mostly anti-nutrients.

They tell you to eat lots of fiber to aid your digestive system and make you feel satiated.

Where do you find the fiber? In whole-grain foods, vegetables, legumes, and fruit.

They fail to tell you that your gut does not require fiber to digest your food.

Carbs are an essential nutrient for energy and your body’s preferred fuel source — also not true!

Most of the carbs you’re consuming come from foods made with processed grains and added sugar. And that is bad news.

The feeling of satiety is short-lived. You quickly convert the fiber and carbs into glucose (sugar), burn it off, or move it to your fat cells.

If you’re on a high-carb, high-fiber diet, you’re on your way to becoming obese and a diabetic — that’s a fact!

It’s precisely that — the “sugar diet” that’s causing people to drop like flies from heart attacks and strokes.

What to say about sugar?

It’s terrible — worse than a class-A drug. Yet, most of the world’s population is “legally addicted” to it.

“The largest crop in the world is sugarcane from Brazil, followed by sugarcane from India and corn from the United States. Brazil produces more than 750 million metric tons of sugarcane.” Beef2live.com

Any idea why sugar, which is basically a drug yet falsely classified as a food, is the #1 crop worldwide?

The answer is simple: They’ve misled you into believing sugar is acceptable and even necessary for a “whole balanced diet,” and got you hooked.

Now, let’s take a quick peak at the world’s top 25 crops:

→ 95% of what you read in that list are grains, sugars, and seed oils. Isn’t that something?

Protein & Fat

If you give it a chance, your body’s preferred fuel source is fat and protein.

The human body consists primarily of fat, protein, and water. Protein is the building block of life. Your cells are made of protein, which regenerates every night to keep you alive.

Without protein, there is no life. It’s that simple.

If you can drag yourself off your current damaging carbohydrate-sugar metabolism and convert it to fat-burning, you’ll soon transform your health from miserable to excellent.

And the best part?

Once you eliminate all sugars and carbs from your diet, your body only takes 4 weeks to transform to fat-burning.

All that’s required is to nourish your body and mind with healthy animal protein, fats, and eggs.

There are several other ingredients you can include, which are:

Berries – butter – cheese – heavy cream. – raw milk – organs – coconut oil – dark chocolate – cruciferous vegetables – herbs and spices – sweet potatoes – hot chili peppers.

With all these ingredient choices you can make delicious food at home!

It’s commonly known as the keto-carnivore diet or what I like to call “the proper diet for humans.”

Here’s the vital part.

If you apply Commitment — Willpower — Determination for only 3 months, you can completely reverse type 2 diabetes, lose most of your excess weight, and regain optimal metabolic and mental health.

Does that sound good to you, and is it not worth giving it a serious shot? What have you got to lose?

After all, it’s not asking you for much. Only to get off the sugar, carbs, and most fobers, that make you fat, sick, unhealthy, and unhappy.

My advice: The next time someone tells you we are all different and have individual dietary needs, turn around and run for the hills.

Of course, you may tweak the keto-carnivore diet to your liking.

Please believe what I’m about to say:

The keto-carnivore diet is 100% healthy and sustainable for life. And no, you won’t end up with kidney, liver, or heart problems — that’s all gibberish.

There’s only one problem — you may live longer than you hoped for, so make more money and get ready for the long term!
