My honest advice to you is: Please, don’t eat any grains, processed and packaged foods, sugar, and seed oils for at least 1 month to experience the vast health benefits and the start of a brand new healthy life!
Does that sound too good to be true? If so, as the saying goes, it usually isn’t.
But, in this case, it’s the opposite — it’s an understatement!
If you experiment with going off sugar, grains, and junk food for 30 days, the results will blow your mind.
The 30-day trial requires you to show:
- Willpower
- Commitment
- Accountability
Can you stay on the sugar and grain-free wagon for a minimum of 30 days? Or will you crack and cave in like an old moldy, sugar-laden cake?

This famous quote asks:
“Whether it’s nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and, by opposing, end them?”
The meaning and question is whether it is better to live or to die.
My question to you is:
“Do you want to continue eating nasty processed junk foods made from grains with sugar added and sugary drinks, making you sicker?
Or, do you want to stand up against the millions of daggers slowly killing you, oppose them, end your food addiction, and become healthy in both body and mind for good?”
The Keto-Carnivore Fix — My time-tested approach that works
Keto-Carnivore is the easiest method to learn, follow, and adjust to. My nutritional system makes it much more manageable and accessible.

In other words, you don’t have to give up everything you love and only eat meat, liver, eggs, and animal fat.
That’s a myth spread by the extreme Carnivore camp – it’s wrong, and unhelpful because it puts off most folks from even trying. Going from eating everything you love to only those 4 items, doesn’t feel digestible to most.
There’s a large variety of foods on the keto-carnivore diet making it more tasty, interesting, appealing, and easy to stick to:
- Berries (a handful every other day)
- High-fat nuts (same as above)
- All kinds and colors of meat, fish, seafood, and eggs (primary foods)
- Organs I(if you enjoy them)
- High-fat dairy: butter, yogurt, raw milk, whipping cream, and cheese
- 75% and up dark chocolate (every other day)
- Coconut oil to drink and cook with
- Lectin-free Cruciferous vegetables (limited only as they contain carbs)
- Avocados
- Herbs and spices
- Red wine in moderation (high in antioxidants and low-carb)
As you can see from my “what you can I eat keto-carnivore list,” there’s plenty of variety to spice up your food, making it tasty and never bland.
Please don’t believe misleading claims by the vegans and anti-keto camp like this:
“Keto??! Really?! Yikes. The evidence supporting keto is pretty clear too… Doesn’t look too great long term. Shame on you. Eating animals is cruel and unnecessary, it’s also harming the planet’s health.”

That comment is wrong, uneducated, and simply a scaremongering lie. It also shows a total lack of food knowledge and zero understanding of what impacts the planet’s “health.”
