The internet is a gem but also a curse. There are millions of hours of free reading, videos, and all kinds of other stuff available to you 24/7, non-stop. Achtung! Beware — half of what you read or see is wrong or fake.

I follow one rule in life that’s served me exceedingly well when I used it, and when I forgot to, I mostly got screwed!

I call it the 50% rule. When you meet someone new who talks a lot about themselves, it’s best to believe only half. That way, you’re closer to the possible truth and not falling for a scam.

The same applies to what you read and see online, on TV, in the newspapers, magazines, in e-mails, text messages, social posts, the lot!

When it comes to diets (not dieting — I’ll explain in a minute), you’re better off following another rule — believe 20%, forget 80% of what you read or hear.

*Dieting: The word is misunderstood. You don’t go on a diet to lose weight. You and everyone else are always on a diet — the difference is only whether it’s a good or a bad one.

On top of that, we have a new phenomenon that’s emerged online.

The “know it all peeps” who must weigh in on every subject they think they know something about, yet in reality, have no training in the matter and no clue what they’re talking about!

I dearly call them the “non-experts.”

Just the other day, one of these types left an A-Typical non-expert comment on one of my popular articles, which, frankly, also made him look silly. Why h said that to me, an expert, I’ll never understand.

Here’s the story if you’re interested:

Weight Loss Is Easy to Achieve and No, You Don’t Need to Journal Your Food

Here’s the silly comment from a non-expert who I will not name:

“Reading the replays on the article, it seems that the author just wants to be right and does not allow criticism. I agree with most of the author’s claims, but everybody reacts differently. So please be more open-minded.”

Here’s an intelligent comment on the same article from an expert I will name Dr. Mehmet Yildiz:

“Your brilliant title tells a thousand words. When I stopped counting calories and journaling my food, my stress level reduced, and I had a chance to tap into my belly fat, giving me desired physic after middle age. Thank you for sharing your insights. You are a role model in health transformation.”

My message to my reader above telling me to be more open-minded and accept not always being right is:

“You have it ass-backward — I don’t want to be right — I am right because I’m a modern nutritionist, I’ve done this for 8 years, I have a degree in the subject, my methods saved my life, and I’ve cured hundreds if not thousands of obesity and ill health.

So no, I will not agree with different opinions. My opinion is the right on target, and what I do works wonders for metabolic and mental health!”

My Keto-CarnivorePlus Diet and Lifestyle Unveiled

I can tailor my diet plan to anyone’s specific needs or beliefs.

There’s nothing extreme about it — it’s 100% sustainable for life.

That aside — my Keto-CarnivorePlus Diet and Lifestyle Methods are superior to any others— it’s easy to follow and a great way to live your life!

Eat & Drink:

* meat, seafood, fish * eggs, cheese, cream, butter, and selected animal and plant oil & fats + some vegetables + selected fruits, herbs, and spices, drink gallons of water, enjoy your coffee and red wine — yes, wine is fine on my diet, just don’t get drunk!

Note: Eat no more than twice a day, and try to snack as little as possible. If you do, make sure it’s a protein, not fruit or anything made from flour or sugar!

Movement:

  • Walk 3 times per day for 30 minutes, and a minimum of 10000 steps
  • Swim leisurely 2 to 3 times per week
  • Strength train 3 times a week using your body as your gym — military style with push-ups, planks, lunges, squats
  • Sprint once a week in the pool, up steps, or a hill

Mental Strength:

  • Meditate 1 to 2 times for 5 to 10 minutes a day
  • Always practice Positive Self-Talk: yes, I am great and can do it!
  • Practice Positive Affirmations every morning: I’m grateful for all I have, I love my friends and family, and I will do good on earth

That’s my Keto-CarnivorePlus Methods in a nutshell — it works wonders for body, mind, and soul.

Final Thoughts

Please drop your confusion — brought on by wrong and misleading weight loss recommendations, and follow my plan.

I say this because it works like magic, but it isn’t — it’s nature doing its job!

I am not extreme in any sense of the word, unlike many other keto or carnivore coaches, doctors, and believers.

My mission is only to make it accessible and easy for you to reach your goal without busting your butt and boiling over with frustration.
