Those are the biggest scam mantras on the planet, invented by your friends from the big food industry to make a fat profit from you!

Why do some people absolutely refuse to use logic and make uneducated assumptions about the effects of food on their bodies? Then, to top it off, make stupid comments lecturing health and food experts with decades of experience and knowledge.

This phenomenon has become a daily occurrence for me since I’ve gained a large online audience and reach.

It doesn’t bother me, as I don’t allow anything or anyone to mess with my mental health — I’m too strong for that these days, thanks to the keto-carnivore diet that fixed both my metabolic and mental health.

Rest assured — it’s not just me these bizarre folks attack, oh no.

They’ll even tell high-profile medical doctors and famous health book authors to go and get educated and stop eating meat, fish, seafood, and eggs.

The more outspoken and direct you are about the healthiest diet for the human body and mind — meat, animal products, and fat — the more you expose yourself to madness, attacks, and even radical threats.

Dr. Shawn Baker was issued a death threat!

Don’t believe me? Then search the doctor and food expert’s Twitter account for “death threat,” or send him a DM. Here’s his Twitter handle @SBakerMD

Shawn posted a photo of the death threat letter a few months back.

Jealous, outraged, and mentally unstable plant-based food fanatics make these crazy threats and stupid comments daily to me, Dr. Baker, to several other highly qualified MDs who follow the same diet.

The funny thing is, we health and food experts have one common denominator — we are all lean, fat-free, super healthy, and ultra-productive.

Not just that, we share most of our knowledge gained over multiple years of experience with ourselves and by healing thousands of patients and clients for free online!

Do you know what “multiple years of experience and successfully healing people” means?

It stands for Empirical Evidence that what we eat, how we exercise, and our active and positive, healthy lifestyle works — Fact. Nothing about it is anecdotal!

Everyone Can Successfully Lose Weight — We Are All The Same!

“Everyone has different dietary needs” is rubbish. Humans are all 99.8%, identical biological twins. So our systems work the same!

That means we can all eat the same, good or bad, and be either healthy or a metabolic and mental health mess. The choice is yours! 

Numbers don’t lie — you can’t argue with the statistics.

The vast majority of Americans — around 85% — have metabolic syndrome, are overweight, or are obese.

The minority few million folks living and thriving on the keto, carnivore, or paleo diets are not. We are lean, fat-free, super healthy, have a clear mind, and help others with their daily weight loss and health journey.

How many folks have you helped lately? 

We don’t rant and rave at others, calling them names, and abusing them, just because they stuff their mouths with junk, fast food, and sugar.

Instead, we do our best to share our know-how, educate and help them.

Some of the recent nasty and stupid comments

Please understand my stories receive thousands of reads and many comments a day — 95% at least are positive, with people thanking me and asking for more help.

Then you get the little trolls who can’t control their minds and spew out their hate.

Here are a few beauties:

“You are a meat industry militant who will do anything to push for more meat sales.”

So this reader is insinuating the meat industry is paying me because I lead a healthy lifestyle and follow the carnivore diet. Wow, ok, but no— I have no connection with anyone in the food business.

“I don’t hate you, but I do think you are a moron.” 

That sounds like a hater comment to me! 

“It’s wonderful your weight loss program worked for you — however, your idea that just because it worked for you, it works for everyone is absurd.”

Pro Tip 1: These comments are from folks with next to no followers and no profile description or photo. That says they only use their accounts to stalk specific authors and leave hate comments on their articles.

Pro Tip 2: Fellow writers — it’s best to refrain from engaging with these people. Check their profile — if it appears as I described, hide their comments and block them. Problem solved.

I lost my belly fat and bloating in 2 months and have kept it off for 7 years

I’m going to make this section quick, so I won’t bore you, because losing weight is easy if you follow certain rules.

My 12 weight loss, health, and fitness tips that will allow you to reclaim optimal metabolic and mental health:

1 — Be honest with yourself and accept you must change your habits and lifestyle.

2 — Read about the keto or carnivore diet: Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Philip Ovadio, Dr. Robert Lufkin, and Dr. Paul Saladino are a good start — they’ve all written excellent books on the subject.

3 — Stop consuming sugar — any form of sugar is bad.

4 — Ditch all grains and processed junk foods made from grains — bread, pizza, pasta, noodles, rice, white or brown flour, cakes, cookies, candies, and anything that comes in a packaged box or can.

5 — Transform your body from a sugar-carb-burning metabolism to a lean fat-burning machine.

6 — Keep up this “natural and real food” diet for at least 2 months and watch the pounds melt away.

7 — Move your body frequently by walking, swimming, or any other cardio exercises you enjoy.

8 — Strength train 2 to 3 times a week for 30 minutes each, either in the gym but better outdoors in nature, using your body as your gym — push-ups, planks, squats, lunges, and so on.

9 — Sprint train once per week, up steps, a hill, on the flat, or in a pool — sprinting is a massive bang for your buck for both fat-burning and lean muscle building.

10 — Learn to meditate daily for 10 to 20 minutes.

11 — Practice positive thinking, affirmations, and mindfulness, and be grateful and happy for what you have.

12 — Stay humble and be helpful.

Final Thoughts

People who leave negative, derogatory comments about my stories don’t bother me. All they’re doing is further harming and torturing their minds.

I’m sure their metabolic health is in the toilet, too, based on how they tell me I should eat, which is what they eat and how I used to.

That classic “western balanced whole diet” had me in the hospital too many times and under the knife — it almost killed me twice.

So no thanks, non-experts. 

I’ll stay with the diet that allowed me to easily and quickly lose all my body fat and make me metabolically and mentally healthy and, above all, happy again.
